SMS Program Name: Medicare Done Right LLC Customer Care SMS Program
Program Description: Our SMS program provides promotional, transactional, and customer care text messages to individuals who have opted in through our website appointment booking form or via verbal consent during recorded phone consultations.
Messaging Use Cases:
Message Frequency: Frequency varies based on each customer's individual needs and the stage of their Medicare review process. Most customers receive between 1 and 4 messages per month.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Medicare Done Right LLC does not charge for SMS messages.
To stop receiving SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any text message from us.
After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number. You may opt back in at any time by contacting us or by submitting a new opt-in request through our website.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard text message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to all SMS messages sent to or received from Medicare Done Right LLC. Medicare Done Right LLC does not charge for SMS messages. Please check with your wireless carrier for details about your specific plan and any applicable charges.
Wireless carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and other carriers) are NOT liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages.
Wireless carriers make no warranty regarding the delivery, accuracy, or timeliness of SMS messages. Medicare Done Right LLC is not responsible for any failure of message delivery caused by carrier issues, network conditions, device limitations, or other factors outside our reasonable control. We cannot guarantee that text messages will be received at the exact time they are sent.
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
SMS opt-in data is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile information and SMS consent records are used exclusively to deliver the messages you have opted in to receive.
Medicare Done Right LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Government, the federal Medicare program, or the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Medicare has neither reviewed nor endorsed our information or services.
Use of our services, including scheduling a free Medicare review call, does not obligate you to purchase any insurance product. You will not be automatically enrolled in any plan. Your current or future Medicare enrollment status will not be impacted by speaking with us.
As required by CMS regulations, all sales, marketing, and enrollment calls with Medicare beneficiaries are recorded in their entirety. By scheduling or accepting a call with us, you acknowledge and consent to call recording.
